This website is operated on an external server. When you visit the site, access data is automatically recorded in server log files. This includes: IP address, date and time of access, URL requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and where applicable the referring URL.

Processing this data is technically necessary for the secure operation of the website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other personal data and is deleted after a maximum of 14 days.

When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the information you provide – including your name, email address, wedding date, location, guest count, services of interest and message – is processed in order to handle your request. Optional fields such as your partner's name are only stored if provided.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure). Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The planning guide allows you to capture your wedding planning in a structured way. All inputs are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) only and are not transmitted until you choose to submit.

When you submit the planning briefing, the data provided – name, email address, wedding format, timeframe, guest count, budget, style preferences, desired services and any notes – is processed to prepare a personalised consultation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Locally stored data can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the secure operation of the site. In addition, your browser's localStorage is used solely to temporarily store your inputs in the planning guide.

No analytics cookies, tracking cookies or marketing cookies are used. A separate cookie consent banner is therefore not required.

This website does not use any analytics, tracking or audience measurement services. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable third-party tools are active on this site.

Personal data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

This website does not load fonts from Google Fonts or comparable external font services. Typography is rendered using local or system fonts.

No Google Maps embed is included on the contact page. Visiting the contact page therefore does not automatically connect to Google Maps.

This website uses SSL and TLS encryption for all data transmission. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
